I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you discover that an item you have ordered is not as described, it may be returned within 4 days of the arrival date for a refund, just Contact Us about your order and we will give you information on how to complete the return and refund process.
*Important: When returning an item it must be returned in its original condition or you will be charged for a damage fee.
How do I use my discount or coupon code?
During the checkout process, on the same page that you select your payment method there will be a box to enter your discount or coupon code. Enter the code here, and continue through the checkout process and you will see your discount applied to your order on the order conformation page. If for some reason your coupon or discount code is not applied on the last screen, the order conformation page, then simply click on the “click here” link located just above your product(s) being ordered to resubmit your discount code.
How long has CO_Autographs been in business?
CO_Autographs has been online now since 2006, but has been collecting autographs since 1999. CO_Autographs is still a fairly new company to the online autograph industry, but our goal is to provide autograph collectors with a wide range of authentic entertainment autographs ranging from movie stars, to musicians, to sport athletes.
How are CO_Autographs, autographs obtained?
All autographs sold by CO_Autographs all come from our in-person collectors or obtained during in-person signings with the celebrity or group of celebrities themselves.
Does CO_Autographs Sell Pre-prints?
No, When buying from CO_Autographs you can rest assure that all items sold by CO_Autographs are all hand signed originals. At no time does CO_Autographs sell pre-prints.
Does CO_Autographs use stock photos?
No. At no time does CO_Autographs use stock photos. Each and every autograph is scanned and descried to its fullest and if any imperfections are detected you will be informed.
