Ship To Another Address: Here at CO_Autographs we offer the option to deliver your products to another address other than yours. This is perfect for sending birthday gifts directly to the birthday person themselves. To ship your package to another address simply log into your account, navigate to your address book, add the new address, then when you checkout simply select the secondary address you desire the package to be shipped to.
International Shipping: Please be advised that your country may charge additional import fees for which CO_Autographs cannot be responsible for. Typically orders shipped internationally arrive within 7-10 days.
If your package does not arrive to you within a 30 day period, excluding weekends, Bank and Postal Holidays, we ask to please contact our sales department at sales@coautographs.com and we will work with you to find out where your package may be.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Any products lost or stolen are unfortunately out of CO_Autographs control. We will help you to try to locate them, but if they end up being lost or stolen, we cannot ship you new products for free. As the items CO_Autographs sells are all unique and are none alike we can not replace or refund any item if lost or stolen in transit. Check with your neighbor or partner many times if a shipment is missing, it is because someone's neighbor or partner took the package and forgot to tell them! This has happened many times!
Holidays: Standard holidays (when the Bank and or Post Office is closed) prevents CO_Autographs from shipping that day. Expect a slightly slower delivery time during these times due to carriers being overwhelmed. If you desire your packages quickly, please select a faster shipping option during the holidays.
RETURN POLICY: Once you have contacted us we will give you information on how to complete the return process. All items that are being returned are expected to be returned in its original condition. Should the item come back in any other condition then when sold, you will be charged a damage fee. When returning a item we highly recommend you to purchase insurance and delivery confirmation, when you ship your item(s) back to us, so you know the package will arrive and so you have confirmation that we have received the package. When returning a item you will be responsible for all shipping cost. For re-sale purposes the item(s) must be returned within seven (7) days, from the confirmed return date, or else there will be a restocking fee.
