We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
- You have 14-days to return your order from the date of delivery.
- Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them.
- There is a 20% restocking fee for items not returned in their original condition.

All customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred shipping products back to COAutographs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order is damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.
- Credit or debit card refunds will be refunded to the appropriate card-issuing bank within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned order.
- Refunds on products purchased with a Gift Card will be issued to you as a Gift Card by email.
- Products paid for using your COAutographs Account Balance will be refunded to your COAutographs Account Balance.
No Return/Exchange on the following:
- Products indicated on the product page as non-returnable.
- Final Sale products labeled “Final Sale.”
- Gift Cards.
