All United States orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours unless issues arise verifying payment information.

SHIPPING COST: Shipping is FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50 within the continental United States.

TRACKING: An e-mail will notify you when your order has been shipped, and it will contain all tracking information for your package so you may safely track your parcel on its way to you. We require a signature on delivery on select orders. When a signature is required, it cannot be removed. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. Postal Holidays: No Mail is processed during national and Postal Holidays. Please factor this into the delivery time when estimating arrival.

NOTE TO ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Priority Mail shipping is highly recommended for time-sensitive orders as First Class Mail, at times, can take up to five weeks to deliver. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office for guidance on determining these additional costs.

:: Do you guarantee overnight shipping on Priority Mail Express?
We do our best to ensure your package gets to you by the next business day, but please understand USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. We do our part to ship out all Express orders on the same day, but we cannot control delivery speed when to your package leaves our office.

:: How long must I wait before I can report a lost, damaged, misdelivered, or tampered package to COAutographs?
Please contact us within the date ranges as listed on this page if your order was not delivered on time, shows “delivered” when you track it, but you have not received it, or was damaged in shipping.

:: What’s your Return Policy?
All autograph memorabilia and collectibles come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you wish to return any item(s) to COAutographs, please contact us to process a return. PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for the return shipping. Item must be returned in the condition it was sent, or the return request will be voided. All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
