In the exclusive new photo is returning cast members Mark Ruffalo, Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, Michael Caine and newcomers Lizzy Caplan and, ‘Harry Potter‘ star, Daniel Radcliffe.
Now You See Me 2 was set into production quickly following the box offices success of the first film, and has already been boldly slated for a summer 2016 theatrical release.
Lionsgate has officially revealed the cast and synopsis for Now You See Me 2, confirming Daniel Radcliffe’s character (Walter) will be the son to Michael Caine’s character Arthur Tressler and Lizzy Caplan’s charter Lula. Other new additions to the sequel includes Taiwanese actor Jay Chou (The Green Hornet), who will play a character called Li.
Synopsis:
One year after outwitting the FBI and winning the public’s adulation with their mind-bending spectacles, the Four Horsemen resurface in Now You See Me 2 only to find themselves face to face with a new enemy who enlists them to pull off their most dangerous heist yet.
Now You See Me 2 was scripted by Pete Chiarelli (The Proposal) and Ed Solomon (who co-wrote Now You See Me), and will be directed by Jon M. Chu (G.I. Joe: Retaliation).
Catch Now You See Me 2 in theaters on June 10, 2016.
