Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order is damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refunds & Credits Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.

• Credit or debit card refunds will be refunded to the appropriate card-issuing bank within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned order.
• Refunds on products purchased with a Gift Card will be issued to you as a Gift Card by email.
• Products paid for using your COAutographs Account Balance will be refunded to your COAutographs Account Balance.
