Refunds & Credits Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase.

• Credit or debit card refunds will be refunded to the appropriate card-issuing bank within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned order.
• Refunds on products purchased with a Gift Card will be issued to you as a Gift Card by email.
• Products paid for using your COAutographs Account Balance will be refunded to your COAutographs Account Balance.
